Denise started her involvement with South Shore during her externship as part of the Veterinary Science program at SUNY Farmingdale. In May of 1993, she graduated with an A.A.S. and passed her NYS boards to become a licensed veterinary technician. The timing was perfect, as a position just opened up at South Shore Animal Hospital. The rest is history. Originally from Queens Village, Denise and her husband Jim live in Lindenhurst with their little girl, Payten. They also share their home with numerous cats, and 4 dogs (Libby, Bridget, Miley and newest member - Bingo). Denise is an avid camper who enjoys football, baseball and is currently the Head Coach of her daughter's softball team.
